Once you have booked your stand space, the next step is to design your exhibition stand. Please use the form and checklist below to provide us with a minimum set of information. Depending on the information available and your choice below, we will then provide you with either an Ideas Document or a 3D scale image of your exhibition stand as well as a floor plan and line-by-line costing.

If you have a hall floor plan from the event organisers, please let us have it at this stage to include all relevant features and restrictions such as hall columns, building heights, stand neighbours etc. Likewise, please send us any stand brief documents or images you may have by Email
